The Hellenic DPA has fined A. ΕΠΙΛΟΓΗ ΙΔΙΩΤΙΚΗ ΚΕΦΑΛΑΙΟΥΧΙΚΗ ΕΤΑΙΡΕΙΑ EUR 5,000. The controller had not responded to requests for information and deletion from the data subject.
