A database containing parcel-delivery information relating to 26,566 people was offered for sale on RaidForums. It included shipping-document numbers and dates, courier indicators, sender and recipient names, contact and address details, delivery status, service and parcel details, amounts payable and delivery intervals. ANSPDCP imposed RON 14,825.70, stated as EUR 3,000, on Delivery Solutions as processor for two companies, under Articles 29 and 32(1)(b) and (2).
